Services

Educators Exchange Placement LLC provides international teacher recruitment and placement assistance in connection with the J-1 Teacher Cultural Exchange Program. We collaborate with designated J-1 visa sponsors and accredited U.S. schools.

We do not issue visas, guarantee visa approval, or act as a U.S. government agency.

Fees and Payments

All fees, if applicable, will be clearly disclosed prior to commitment. Fees may vary depending on sponsor requirements, document processing, and service scope.

Refund policies, if applicable, will be stated in a separate written agreement.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logos, graphics, and materials, is the property of Educators Exchange Placement LLC and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

Eligibility

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • All information you provide is accurate and truthful.

  • You meet the general eligibility requirements for the J-1 Teacher Program (as determined by sponsors and U.S. regulations).

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States.

No Guarantee of Placement or Visa Approval

Submission of an application does not guarantee:

  • Acceptance into the J-1 program

  • School placement

  • Visa issuance

  • Employment in the United States

Final decisions are made by designated sponsors, U.S. schools, and U.S. government authorities.

Limitation of Liability

Educators Exchange Placement LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Visa denials

  • Embassy decisions

  • Sponsor decisions

  • Employment termination by host schools

  • Delays caused by government processing
